These Terms are the agreement between you and us when you use the service. By using it you accept them.

spotevil.com is a free find-and-tap game: a 360° scene opens and you look for something hidden in it before time runs out. You can play with or without an account.

The scenes are created with artificial intelligence. The game contains horror imagery that may be disturbing.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• Give us an email address you can access and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person.
• You can delete your account at any time on the account deletion page.
• We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms. Unless there is a reason not to, we tell you first and give you a chance to respond.

Please do not:

• Cheat, automate play, scrape the site or get around rate limits.
• Harass other players or choose offensive display names.
• Probe our systems for vulnerabilities without our written permission. If you find one, please tell us at info@inithouse.com.
• Break the law or other people’s rights.

We may limit how often you can play or send requests, to keep the service available for everyone.

The scenes, texts and design of the game belong to us or our licensors. You may play and share screenshots for personal, non-commercial purposes.

If you think something on the site is unlawful or infringes your rights, use the report button or write to info@inithouse.com. We look at every report and remove content that breaks the law or these Terms.

We work to keep the game running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features.

If we ever close the service, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance.

We are liable for damage under Czech law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, in particular towards consumers.

The free game is provided as it is. Except where the law requires otherwise, we are not liable for interruptions of the service or the loss of scores and game progress.

We may change these Terms for good reason, for example new features or changes in the law. If a change affects you, we tell people with an account by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account.

These Terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can take a claim to the courts there. Otherwise the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction.
